“Something I like about the SEE programme is how willing everyone is to help.
Since working here I have learnt how to navigate computers, knowing the roles of each component.
It's a chance to learn, practice, and showcase skills.”
“I like that I've had support with my grammar and spelling.
I already had the skill of talking to people but the support gave me more confidence to do that.
The part I like about having my own job is that I have some responsibility.”
"Each member of the SEE team are kind, understanding and patient.
I have learned new practical skills... when a customer comes in with a device that is not working I can know where to look in order to solve the problem.
I have also learned new skills in interacting with customers and how to empathise with their problems and how to actively listen.”
“I like how patient everyone is and how clear they are when they tell us not to be afraid when asking for help.
This has encouraged me to use my initiative more confidently, give out suggestions to help the support, service and workflow improve anymore and it has also encouraged me to speak out when I am struggling with something.”
