We provide internships, specialist training and apprenticeship programmes on behalf of educational establishments, supporting their neurodivergent students with the dedicated and tailored support they need to develop skills and gain employment.
This is a free service to secondary schools, colleges and universities, funded by government support that SEE completely manage so there is no onus on the educational organisation.
By embracing the supported employment and education initiatives, colleges create inclusive learning environments that accommodate the diverse needs of all students.
Supported education programmes improve student success rates by providing tailored support services, such as tutoring, mentorship and work placements.
Colleges that prioritise supported employment and education initiatives demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, attracting students and partners who share similar values.
